The demo is accepted as is, and SPMT does not guarantee features or performance of the software for any reason.
You agree to use the demo with all due caution, and to take every precaution to ensure the integrity of data,
hardware, and software in the operating environment. You further agree that SPMT shall not be held liable for any damages of any kind caused by the demo software.
SPMT grants to Customer a no-charge demo license to use the software selected ("Software") solely for evaluation purposes for a limited period of up to 10 days and reserves the right to refuse demo access to anyone at any time for any reason. The evaluation period may be extended by contacting a SPMT product representative. You may not use the Software for any development, commercial, or production purpose.
