The basic Process Evaluation Tool system operates with at least one customer process, which could be performed by multiple machine (inspection station) types.

The customer file traffic can be manual, networked, or handled by alternative software means, where the system load balancing is controlled by a buffering mechanism automatically, which also unties the production floor from analytical processing.


The customer teams up with SPMT specialists and supplies essential process-related information to be collected and monitored (file formats). The team members work closely together during the integration and deployment period until a knowledge-transfer process and customer training is considered satisfactory for further routine system usage.
